Responsibilities
- Manage federal contracts worth $1M+ for agency clients across Texas and surrounding regions
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and GSA acquisition policies
- Conduct market research and cost analysis for complex procurements
- Lead negotiations with vendors and oversee contract performance metrics
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and agency stakeholders to resolve procurement issues
- Develop and maintain standardized contract documentation templates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal procurement experience with GSA or other agency
- Active Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC-C) Level II or equivalent
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal procurement systems
- Strong analytical skills for cost/price analysis and market research
- Excellent negotiation abilities and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
