Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement lifecycle from solicitation to award
- Ensure strict adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations
- Develop and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years federal contract management experience
- CPCM or DAWIA certification preferred
- Proficiency in FPDS and SAM.gov systems
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
