Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract documentation and compliance across 5+ concurrent projects
- Coordinate with GSA procurement officers for contract modifications
- Conduct daily vendor performance assessments and reporting
- Process payment requisitions within 24-hour turnaround
- Maintain DOD/FAR compliance documentation standards
- Liaise with congressional oversight committees as needed
- Implement daily reconciliation of contract deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years federal procurement or contracting experience
- Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- FAR/DOD compliance certification required
- Advanced proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Proven track record of same-day payment processing
- Expertise in contract lifecycle management
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Business
