Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal contract procurement processes in compliance with FAR regulations
- Conduct vendor negotiations and ensure contractual terms align with government requirements
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract discrepancies
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement strategies for cost optimization
- Prepare and submit contract modifications and renewals
- Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal contracting experience with FAR/DFARS knowledge
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in federal procurement systems (FPDS-NG, eSRS)
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or similar certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
- U.S. citizenship required
