Responsibilities
- Manage federal contracts from inception to closeout ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Coordinate with government agencies on deliverables, timelines, and budget adherence
- Develop and submit competitive proposals with precise pricing and technical specifications
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for contract performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience with FAR/DFARS knowledge
- CPCM or CFC certification preferred
- Proven track record in proposal development and negotiation
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Advanced proficiency in federal acquisition systems (e.g., FPDS-NG, WAWF)
