Responsibilities
- Manage federal IT infrastructure modernization projects using Agile methodologies
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and NIST security standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time deliverables
- Develop technical documentation and progress reports for agency stakeholders
- Implement cybersecurity protocols for sensitive government systems
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance for federal projects
- Maintain SF-86 clearance documentation and security protocols
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with federal contracts
- Proficiency in FedRAMP and CMMC compliance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in PMP or CompTIA Security+
- Experience with GSA Schedule contracting processes
- Strong analytical skills for system integration challenges
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional federal deadlines
