Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract procurement processes in compliance with FAR regulations
- Coordinate with military personnel and civilian agencies for daily operational support
- Process same-day payment transactions using GPC systems
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit compliance
- Support emergency response contracts with rapid deployment capabilities
- Conduct vendor evaluations and negotiate contract terms
- Utilize FPDS-NG for real-time contract status reporting
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (required)
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience
- FAR/FARS certification preferred
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and WAWF systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
