Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly patrols and surveillance of federal premises using advanced monitoring systems
- Enforce strict access control protocols for personnel and vehicles during overnight hours
- Respond to security incidents and emergency situations with decisive action
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security logs for federal compliance
- Operate perimeter detection systems and alarm monitoring equipment
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Maintain physical security integrity of classified materials
Qualifications
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Indiana driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency with security technology systems (CCTV, access control)
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background investigation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night patrols
