Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency policies
- Coordinate with vendors, program offices, and legal teams
- Prepare and negotiate contract modifications and renewals
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting
- Support source selection and proposal evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience
- Active DAWIA Level II Contracting certification
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal systems
- Knowledge of FAR Part 15 and DFARS clauses
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Experience with DoD procurement processes
