Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement contracts ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define contract requirements and deliverables
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Prepare and negotiate contract modifications and renewals
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting systems
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams on contract disputes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal contracting experience with FAR/DFARS knowledge
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in federal procurement systems (e.g., FPDS-NG)
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
