Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement processes from solicitation to award
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency policies
- Analyze vendor proposals and negotiate contract terms
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables
- Maintain accurate contract documentation in GSA systems
- Coordinate with agency stakeholders and contractors
- Conduct market research for procurement opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal procurement/contract management experience
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal acquisition systems
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Expertise in FAR Part 15 and simplified acquisition procedures
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in remote environments
