Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract compliance and documentation for DoD and civilian agency projects
- Coordinate with government procurement officers on bid submissions and contract modifications
- Monitor contract performance metrics and deliver weekly progress reports
- Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations and internal audit standards
- Process daily payroll documentation for contractor teams
- Conduct site visits for quality assurance and contract deliverable verification
- Maintain digital contract repository with version control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- 3+ years of federal contracting experience with FAR/DFARS knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance for documentation errors
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with GSA Schedule contract management preferred
