Responsibilities
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals for federal projects
- Ensure compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and agency policies
- Prepare and review contract documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver contract deliverables
- Monitor vendor performance and contract execution milestones
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare monthly performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contract management experience
- Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and eBuy systems
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
