Responsibilities
- Manage full contract lifecycle including negotiation, execution, and closeout
- Analyze procurement requirements and develop contract strategies
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency policies
- Coordinate with stakeholders across government and private sectors
- Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation
- Conduct market research and vendor assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years federal contracting experience
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
