Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement lifecycle from solicitation to closeout
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies
- Conduct cost analysis and negotiate contract terms with vendors
- Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes
- Prepare and maintain required documentation (SF-1034, SF-1449)
- Collaborate with program offices to define requirements
- Support audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years federal procurement experience (DOD/VA preferred)
- CPCM or CFC certification required
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal systems
- Knowledge of 48 CFR and FAR Part 15
- Ability to obtain and maintain secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration
- Experience with VA-specific procurement procedures
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
