Responsibilities
- Contract Administration: Oversee the full lifecycle of federal contracts, ensuring compliance with all regulations and agency requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and team members, facilitating clear communication and project milestones.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and submit accurate technical and administrative documentation required for contract closeouts.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous reviews of deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and security protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving federal laws and ensure all project activities remain compliant with current standards.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for government security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal contracting or government services.
- Clearance: Current Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software (e.g., SAP, Deltek).
