Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure facility perimeters and access points during designated night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Process and verify incoming federal documentation and maintain accurate, secure logs.
- Coordinate communications with local Virginia and Texas federal liaison offices to ensure operational continuity.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Assist in the verification of personnel credentials, background checks, and visitor passes.
- Operate security monitoring software and communication equipment efficiently.
- Enforce federal compliance protocols and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice or Public Administration preferred.
- Must be available and willing to work rotating night shifts.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict compliance standards.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
