Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of federal and agency-specific data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop complex data models, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Python, and Tableau to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for stakeholders, including senior leadership and government officials, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Ensure all data analysis complies with federal regulations, security protocols, and agency-specific policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and recommend process improvements for data management.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Microsoft Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret) is required.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., FERPA, HIPAA) and federal compliance standards.
