Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, emails, and phone calls for federal program stakeholders.
- Prepare, compile, and review accurate reports, briefings, and correspondence for senior leadership.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems in strict adherence to government record-keeping regulations.
- Coordinate logistics for federal site visits, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the processing of timecards and expense reports to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Monitor office inventory and requisition supplies to support daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and security clearance requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a corporate, government, or military support environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a government-issued identification badge.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for security clearance.
