Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to federal program managers and personnel.
- Manage sensitive information and ensure strict adherence to security protocols and confidentiality.
- Coordinate complex scheduling, meetings, and domestic travel arrangements.
- Prepare, compile, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems in compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of training sessions and employee onboarding.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or federal contracting environment.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
