Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce institutional rules
- Conduct security inspections and headcounts
- Respond to emergencies and incidents per protocol
- Prepare detailed incident and shift reports
- Operate security systems and control room equipment
- Transport inmates between facilities as required
- Maintain high standards of institutional safety and order
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Valid state driver's license
- Minimum 21 years of age
- No felony convictions or domestic violence charges
- Ability to pass background check and medical exam
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11pm-7am)
