Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to federal agency clients and employees during weekend operations.
- Manage and resolve complex inquiries regarding federal programs, benefits, and services.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols and confidentiality standards (NDA compliance).
- Document all interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or policy-related roadblocks.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new weekend staff members.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for federal positions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center operations, or federal administration.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
