Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve incoming calls and inquiries from federal employees and the general public regarding benefits, claims, and services.
- Process applications and documents accurately with a high degree of data integrity.
- Assist customers in navigating complex federal systems and online portals.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to strict government regulations and security protocols.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and operational efficiency during weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid Green Card (federal requirements).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as scheduled.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
