Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Veterans and beneficiaries during high-volume weekend operations.
- Process federal applications, VA forms, and inquiries accurately and efficiently using our case management system.
- Verify eligibility for benefits and update client records with precision.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with federal privacy laws and VA policies.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and report them to supervisors to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Experience: One year of general work experience, preferably in customer service, administrative support, or the public sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Background: Ability to pass a federal background investigation and fingerprinting.
