Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability scanning of federal networks.
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Implement and enforce NIST and FedRAMP compliance protocols.
- Manage user access control, permissions, and identity management.
- Conduct security awareness training for staff and clients.
- Document security architecture and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in federal or defense contracting environments.
- Strong knowledge of network security architecture and protocols.
- Experience with encryption technologies and secure data handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
