Responsibilities
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on classified networks
- Implement NIST 800-53 security controls for DoD systems
- Incident response coordination during cyber emergencies
- Develop security policies and compliance frameworks
- Train personnel on cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor SIEM alerts and threat intelligence feeds
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement on threat mitigation
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
- 5+ years experience in federal IT security
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in DoD RMF and CMMC frameworks
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
