Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care services in accordance with federal healthcare protocols and VA standards
- Document clinical encounters using electronic health record systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all federal healthcare regulations
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs during daily shifts
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Oklahoma state
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings
- Fingerprint clearance for federal background investigation
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC experience valued)
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
