Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and security threats
- Develop advanced SQL queries and data visualization dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA, PII)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support counter-terrorism and border security operations
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive-level reports and briefings
- Maintain secure data pipelines using Python/R and AWS/GCP cloud platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal/government data analysis roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Familiarity with federal reporting frameworks (CRS, E-Gov initiatives)
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Demonstrated experience with geospatial analysis tools (ArcGIS, QGIS)
