Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights supporting federal initiatives
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for real-time reporting
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards for executive leadership and policy makers
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on large-scale data integration projects
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise executive summaries and technical briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal/government data analysis roles
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of federal data regulations (Privacy Act, E-Gov Act)
- Certification in CISSP or CIPP highly desirable
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
