Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems for security operations and compliance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal data analysis or government compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of federal data privacy regulations and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with sensitive data under strict confidentiality requirements
- Professional certification (e.g., CDMP, CISSP) preferred
