- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to federal privacy regulations (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and anomalies in federal health datasets
- Prepare comprehensive data documentation and audit trails for federal compliance reviews
- Stay current with evolving federal data standards and reporting methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal/government datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) with federal dashboard experience
- Deep understanding of federal compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FISMA, 21st Century Cures Act)
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with federal healthcare programs (Medicare, Medicaid) a significant plus
