Responsibilities
- Conduct complex data mining and analysis to support federal intelligence and policy initiatives.
- Ensure strict data integrity and compliance with federal regulations, including NIST and FISMA standards.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into actionable business intelligence.
- Perform statistical modeling and trend analysis to identify patterns and anomalies.
- Document methodologies and maintain accurate project records and reports.
- Provide technical support and training to junior analysts and system users.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working within a federal government contracting or intelligence environment.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
