Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data privacy standards (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on population health studies
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visual reports
- Maintain data integrity across federal reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal healthcare datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)

- Strong knowledge of federal data reporting standards
