Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Develop automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R to streamline reporting workflows
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data governance frameworks
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries and data narratives
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support emergency response and policy implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal/government data analysis or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) or federal compliance frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
- Expertise in handling sensitive PII and healthcare data under federal guidelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
