Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to support veteran service optimization
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security standards (FISMA, HIPAA) and maintain data integrity protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Continuously improve data collection methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal or healthcare datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or AWS/Azure data services
- Demonstrated experience with federal data security regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
