Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools
- Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations for federal agency stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with federal reporting standards (FISMA, OMB guidelines)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support federal program evaluations
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve efficiency of federal data workflows
- Present findings to senior leadership and federal agency representatives
- Maintain strict data security protocols for sensitive federal information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field
- 2+ years of experience analyzing federal or government datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal data standards (FIPS, CDISC) and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a part-time capacity
- Clearance eligibility or active federal clearance preferred
