Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare and benefits data to identify trends and support policy decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal privacy standards (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on veteran service improvement initiatives
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal or healthcare data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with federal data security protocols and reporting requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to regulatory compliance
