Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, and DOD security standards.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS.
- Collaborate with policy teams to translate data requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform data cleansing and normalization to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and federal clients.
- Conduct audits to verify data accuracy and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal data analysis or a related role.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a government contracting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
