Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for federal stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal reporting standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support public health emergency response
- Present findings to senior federal leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain documentation for federal audit compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of federal data analysis experience with healthcare datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Tableau/Power BI certification or demonstrable expertise
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Familiarity with CMS, CDC, or HHS data systems
- Master's degree in Data Science, Public Health, or related field
