Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST, DoD directives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Present findings through executive briefings and technical documentation
- Implement data quality controls and validation protocols
- Support real-time monitoring of national security metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of federal data governance frameworks and security protocols
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
- Clearance eligibility or existing federal security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
