Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST) regarding data privacy and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for government leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Automate data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors in reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the federal sector or a cleared environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or SAS.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik) is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong understanding of federal data governance policies and security frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
