Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support strategic defense planning
- Develop advanced SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction and transformation
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NISPOM)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to identify data-driven solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership in clear, actionable formats
- Maintain and optimize data infrastructure for mission-critical systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Experience with federal data systems and security clearance requirements
- Expertise in statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
