Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on data integration and quality initiatives
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations
- Support audit readiness and documentation of analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis or government reporting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of federal compliance regulations (e.g., 5CFR Part 2635)
- Ability to handle sensitive data with highest security protocols
