Our Denver-based team is seeking a meticulous professional to transform complex federal datasets into actionable insights. Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines ensuring data integrity and compliance with federal security standards
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to senior leadership
- Collaborate with program managers to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Ensure all data practices adhere to federal regulations including FISMA, HIPAA, and OMB guidelines
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Continuously optimize data models and algorithms to enhance predictive accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal government projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R for data manipulation
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks (e.g., DCID 6/3, NIST SP 800-53)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
