- Adhere to strict federal data security protocols (NIST, FISMA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support federal program evaluations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (HIPAA, PII handling) and security frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (if required)
