Responsibilities
- Analyze federal grant data and compliance metrics to ensure adherence to 2 CFR Part 200 regulations
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for public policy challenges
- Perform statistical modeling and trend analysis to forecast program outcomes
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and quality control measures
- Prepare executive summaries for federal reporting requirements and stakeholder presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data reporting (CARES Act, FEMA, HHS datasets preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations and grant management systems
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) or public administration
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and predictive modeling techniques
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
