Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal agricultural datasets to identify trends and support policy decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data collection methodologies
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive-level visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across federal reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal or public sector data analysis
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Familiarity with agricultural data systems (e.g., NASS, ERS)
- Strong knowledge of federal data regulations and privacy standards
