Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale healthcare and benefits datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Automate data pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools
- Familiarity with federal data reporting standards and compliance
- Experience with healthcare or public sector datasets preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active U.S. security clearance eligibility required
