Responsibilities
- Analyze federal health datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (HIPAA, FISMA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliverables
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and executive summaries
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency
- Stay current on emerging analytical techniques and federal reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Experience with federal data compliance frameworks (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Certification in data analysis (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) preferred
