Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable intelligence
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards and reports for senior leadership using Tableau
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols and FISMA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise visualizations and written briefings
- Maintain documentation of data methodologies and analytical processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience with large-scale database systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
